How can I gain access to the DNS settings for my domain name?

DNS records are used to map your domain name to the correct location (this is usually done with the A record) and is also used for email management (through your mail exchanger or MX records).

The DNS settings cannot be edited within your Site Manager account. In fact, any changes to your domain’s DNS must be made through your domain registrar. If we are hosting your domain name, we are always happy to update your DNS settings for you at no extra charge to your firm. If you maintain your domain name independent of Omnizant, you will need to contact your domain registrar for assistance.

If you’re unsure as to who the registrar is, we recommend that you visit who.is and do a search there. We highly recommend that you consult with an IT professional or the support team here at Omnizant prior to making any changes because these may impact your website hosting and/or email accounts.
